We are looking for a practice manager who thrives on growth, meeting business challenges head-on and collaboration. As new owners, we’re excited to implement new ideas and programs to achieve our core principles. The right manager will not only help execute existing ideas, but also contribute innovative strategies for improving quality of care, client experience, staff leverage and practice profitability.

In addition to the above, a successful candidate will successfully balance their time between being “on the floor” and all aspects of human resources. The time “on the floor” will include observing and engaging the team and actively looking for opportunities for improvement in staff development, patient/client flow and consistency of care. Human resources responsibilities will include staff scheduling, financial management, client relations, marketing and human resources.
